Hi, I’m Steph! I’m a Pregnancy Coach and Yoga Teacher based out of Oakville, Ontario. I help prenatal women feel stronger in their bodies and minds as they navigate the massive changes that come with birth and babies.
I grew up in the world of competitive gymnastics and found yoga a few years after I retired from the sport. Quite frankly, I hated yoga and it hated me. But, something about it felt bigger than just getting on a mat and sweating for an hour, so after about 7 years I pursued it, completed multiple trainings and here I am. I originally went to school to become an elementary school teacher.
When I’m not supporting women during their perinatal experiences, you can usually find me binge-watching the latest shows or at the park with my family.

My pregnancy mantra is “you don’t know what you don’t know” and as a Type-A perfectionist, this can be hard to walk through.
